WHO TOLD YOU TO HAVE IT ALL FIGURED OUT?

Let me ask you a question: who told you that you had to have all your life figured out?

I'm serious, because in Scripture I don't see God saying you need to make sure you have all your ducks in a row.

I don't see Him saying you need to have everything just perfectly in line.

But here's what Scripture does say.

It says get to know your good Shepherd.

He's the One who leads you in good ways.

And He's the One who has good plans for you.

So maybe the goal was never to figure it all out, but to follow the One who already has.

ARE YOU A DIFFERENT PERSON AT WORK THAN YOU ARE AT CHURCH?

You shouldn't have a work persona and a church persona. The way you talk, the language you use, the way you treat people, should all line up.

You don't cuss in church "because it's the house of God," but you cuss at work? Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. He goes everywhere with you.

Some of us are warm and friendly at church, but at work we're rude and impatient. That's a bad representation of who Christ has called you to be.

Who you are on Sunday should line up with who you are on Monday.

Not because you're trying to impress anyone, but because that's who Jesus is, and you're called to look like Him in every room you walk into.

YOUR KIDS DON'T LIKE CHURCH? HEAR THIS

Parents, you have more influence than you realize on how your kids see church. It's not just whether you bring them. It's how you talk about it.

When we leave church on Sundays, do you ask, "Did you like it? Do you want to go back?"

Be careful. Those questions train your kids to evaluate church like entertainment.

Instead, try this. "What did you love about today?"

That shapes them to look for what was good, not whether it was fun.

Because church isn't entertainment. It's an encounter.
