"Bread of Life" November 25th.

1 Peter 4
Lamentation 3-5

"Bread for Today"

1. 1 Peter 4:1-2 says, “Therefore since Christ suffered in His body, arm yourself, also, with the same attitude because he who suffered in his body is done with sin; as a result he does not live the rest of his earthly life for evil human desires but rather for the will of God.”

Beloved, Apostle Peter raises a very vital point here, that as the Bible says Christ Has suffered for sin once and gave His life as an atonement for sin.

Now, while Jesus was suffering for sin, we were with Him and when He died, we died with Him, all in a symbol of repentance by baptism, so now He's alive for evermore, seated at the right hand of God and we are seated with Him in Glory.

So why should we pursue or envy the trivial things of this world, like fame or riches. Let us conduct our lives in unison with where we are with Christ in Glory.

2. It is by the Lord's mercy that we are not consumed. It is because his compassion faileth not. Lamentation 3:22.

Brothers and sisters in Christ, I want to stress again that it is because of the mercies and compassion of the Lord that we are still alive. The Enemy would have loved to sink our world with COVID-19, but God's mercy prevailed. Let us plead together, for the entire Body of Christ to remain vigilant, to watch and to pray, for repentance.

The Lord is merciful and will not delight in our destruction but then He cannot save those still living outside of Christ.

Revelation 22: 20.
He which testifieth these things saith, surely, I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

Spiritual Counsel

Beloved, with these last testaments of Jesus, let us I stand firm and stand strong, and not allow ourselves to be a partaker of the deceit of the Antichrist or anything that stands in opposition of our Lord. Rejoice in your blessings and proclaim the Gospel to all who will hear. The Lord is near.

"Bread of Life" November 24th.

1 Peter 3
Lamentation 1-2

"Bread for Today"

1. Apostle Peter, in this discourse, counsels the entire body of Christ. Starting with the family, he counseled that wives should be submissive to their husbands explaining the beauty of a woman is not the outward appearance but the character of the woman, judging from how submissive she is to her husband. He counseled that husbands should love their wives, standing for them as the weaker s*x.

Then to the church, he counseled that, brethren should live in love, avoiding bitterness, looking out for the good of another, never talk a brother or sister down but upholding all, preferring the good of another to yours, looking out for the weak and needy and lifting them up.

Beloved, this counsel of Apostle Peter is what the Lord desires of us, living in harmony, love and in one accord. Amen.

2. The Prophet Jeremiah laments over desolate Israel, he weeps at the ruins of Jerusalem pleading with the Lord.

Beloved, Judah and Jerusalem became a desolate heap of ruins because of their continuous rebellion against God and His Word. Beloved, this is no longer far from us as it was with the Jews of old, so will it be with us if we don't repent and pray.

Our land has already been ravaged by pandemic and plundered by the powers of lawlessness. I plead with you, let's repent and live for Jesus.

Hebrews 9.28
So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

Spiritual Counsel

His coming is nearer now than ever before, so let's be ready and prepared when He arrives and be found living in harmony, love and in one accord, looking out for the weak and needy and lifting them up.

"Bread of Life" November 21st.

James 4:13-5:20
Jeremiah 48-49

"Bread for Today"

1. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much James 5:16.

My beloved, the Bible teaches that, Elijah was a man of like passion as we are and says he prayed and it did not rain on the land for three and half years! He prayed again and the heavens gave rain.

If Elijah could do this, in his days, when the Holy Spirit was not yet given, you and I can do much more today. The Holy Spirit has now been given and Jesus Christ told us we were going to do greater things.

My dearly beloved, what is that stubborn situation or challenge you are desperately needing to change? I encourage you to take it to God in prayer, now, and when you pray, believe that you will receive it and you will.

Don't pray a faithless prayer; pray with faith. In your prayer, lies the power to change any situation or circumstance in your life. Amen.

2. The Prophet Jeremiah gives account of all the nations the Lord had proposed to destroy because of their refusal to put their trust in God, and one after the other, His prophecies came to pass. God has spoken concerning our world and except we come back to Him we will suffer the same fate as those Nations.

And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

Spiritual Counsel

Beloved, when you pray, believe. For God Has promised to answer our faith filled prayers.

"Bread of Life" November 6th

Hebrews 5:11-6:20
Jeremiah 11-12

"Bread for Today"

1. In this discourse Apostle Paul warns against falling away from the faith, teaching that those who have heard the Gospel preached to them and have tasted the heavenly light, if they fall away, they crucify the Son of God all over again and subject Him to public disgrace.

Beloved, we believe in the saving Grace of Jesus, having confessed Him as our Lord and Saviour, but there are some today who are no longer sure of their confession because of life’s challenges.

In doubt, some are asking if God is real. Just because you've been told by doctors that you're going to die or because a man or woman walked out of your life, I have news for you. The Blood of Jesus and the name of Jesus transverses our world and is sufficient to see you through your situation or circumstance. At the mention of the name of Jesus, EVERY knee must bow.

It doesn't matter what has happened to you or how bad the situation is. Our glorious reigning King, Christ Jesus can rescue everyone who calls supine Him. Amen.

2. The Prophet Jeremiah inquired of God and asked why the wicked prospered and the righteous suffer and God answered it was due to sin. For He forsakes the righteous when they sin and gathers them again when they repent but as for wicked prosperity it is destined for destruction.

Beloved, this is how it is even today so don’t envy the wicked for their riches or fame. It is destined for destruction. Many spend their wealth on drugs, immorality and other vices that goes against our Holy God and will destroy them.

Romans 8:10-11.
“And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But, if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you.

Spiritual Counsel

Beloved, it doesn't matter what has gone wrong in your life, if you have Jesus Christ and don't doubt, you will bounce back! Hold on to Him; your testimony is sure.

Hebrew 1
Jeremiah 1-2

“Bread for Today"

1. The writer of Hebrews, brings to life the Sonship and the superiority of Jesus to both Angels and Prophets, and laid to rest every misconception and doubt, as to the position and place of Jesus in the Spiritual hierarchy, as the Only Begotten of the Father.

Dearly beloved, some of the Jewish believers not able to stand the truth of the Gospel fell back to the Law and practices of Judaism, thus falling from faith.

So my beloved, I exhort you today to settle every doubt about Christ and your eternal destiny. Christ is the totality of the Father's will. He is the fullness of God the Father. He is the image of the invisible God and the complete and full revelation of God the Father. All things were made by Him and for Him and without Him, nothing was made. Amen.

2. Jeremiah 1: 5a says, "Before I formed you in your mother's womb, I knew you. Before thou cometh out of the womb, I sanctified you and I ordained you a Prophet unto the nations.”

The God that created us, knows us. He knew us from the beginning. He knows your purpose, and why He created you!

A lot of people have lost out in life because they've been searching for purpose and the reason for life. They have found themselves in all the wrong places. If you are at a loss concerning anything in your life, go to God in prayer. He created you, knows your purpose and what will give you the most fulfillment and bless those around you.

2 Corinthians 5:17.
Therefore, if anyone be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new .

Spirit Counsel

You can never find your reason and purpose outside of Christ as a child of God, every of your life is in hid Christ. If you are in a situation you don't understand, seek wisdom and go to God in prayer.

“Bread of Life" October 29th.

Titus 1-2
Nahum 1-3

"Bread for Today"

Titus 1:15-16 says, "To the pure all things are pure but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure, even their mind and conscience is defiled. They profess that they know God, but by their works they deny Him, being abominable and disobedient and unto every good work reprobate.”

Beloved, these defiled and unbelieving ones have penetrated our churches today, even as it was in Paul's day, and that is why Apostle Paul had to sternly charge Titus to watch carefully before putting someone in the position of leadership in the church.

I charge you therefore, to be cautious and watchful because we have so many unbelievers in our church pews, today. They tell you, that you can bend the Bible; they tell you these are modern days; they overlook premarital s*x and give reasons why it is okay. They say it's okay to be gay, and to give birth outside of wedlock is fine. But, what does our Lord say? What have you read in the Bible?

All Scripture is inspired of God and written to teach us and equip us for righteous living. Run away from faulty reasoning, those propagating it will drag are seeking to lead us into perdition and eternal damnation. Who is behind such pervasive deceit? Who propagates lies in an effort to deceive the saints? None other than the master of corruption, Satan the Devil.

Remain watchful and alert. to there are men and women that we may interact with everyday, who are agents of the kingdom of darkness, with no regard for godly morality, sanctity or justice.

2. Prophet Nahum speaks about the nation of Nineveh, because of her sin. God sent Jonah to warn them. That warning message proved to mean salvation for an entire city! The people of Nineveh repented and God spared them. But later sin and rebellion crept into their lives and ended in destruction.

Let’s learn from this account of the Prophet Nahum, not to go back to the world of sin and rebellion after being washed by the precious blood of Jesus. Almighty God will not pardon rebellion, doubt and unbelief. Amen

“Heavenly Manna"

John 4:23.
But the hour cometh, and now it is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship Him.

Spiritual Counsel

The Father is seeking for true worshippers, in this last days and to thoroughly purge and destroy all agents of darkness that have infiltrated our churches. Read God’s Word daily and avoid every vestige of uncleanness seeking to sever our ties with Christ.

Bread of Life" October 26th.

2 Timothy 2
Micah 1-3

"Bread for Today"

1. 2 Timothy 2:11-13. Apostle Paul spells out a fundamental theme of scripture here which says, “Here is a trustworthy saying. If we died with Him, we will also live with Him. If we suffer with Him, we shall also reign with Him. If we disown Him He will disown us. If we are faithless, He will remain faithful for He cannot disown Himself.

Beloved, this four "IF's" of life, is more than a statement. I call them the basic principles of our faith. In life, we come across so many challenges which battles with our faith in God, many times these faith battles floor us completely but, as children of God, we are not to give up, because inside us is built in, a resilient fighter powered by the Holy Spirit, so what do we do? We endure like our master and savior Jesus Christ who endured the cross and gave us the victory. Endure my brothers and sisters so that we may reign with Christ.

2. In this study passage, Prophet Micah speaks concerning the sins of Israel urging them to repent before the coming day of the Lord. This is a very timely message for our world today. I exhort you to tell the world that the day of the Lord is at hand, that we need to come to Jesus now.

The battle for the souls of men by the kingdom of darkness is at its peak, using all forms of deception, fear and lies. Now is time to win the lost to Christ, at all costs. Your encounter with them could be their only opportunity to receive Christ.

2 Corinthians 6:16.
And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Spiritual Counsel

Beloved, God lives in us by the Holy Spirit so there is nothing in this world that can defeat us because the monarch of the universe lives inside us. So go all out for the lost in our world. Don’t let anyone out of your sight.

"Bread of Life" October 22nd

1 Timothy 4
Isaiah 57-58

"Bread for Today"

1. 1Timothy 4:1-5 says, "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of the devil, speaking lies and hypocrisy having their conscience seared with a hot iron, forbidding to marry and commanding to abstain from meats which God has created to be received with Thanksgiving, of them which believe and know the truth for every creature of God is good and nothing to be refused if it be received with Thanksgiving, for it is sanctified by the Word of God and Prayer."

Beloved, this is what is happening in our world today. My brothers and sisters in Christ, so many of these antichrist spirits have been let into the world and they are operating through human agents. I plead with you, please be steadfast in prayer and let your Bible be your constant companion. Read it always; meditate on it day and night. Don’t let it out of your eyes. Reject any teaching that is not in the Bible.

Brothers and sisters, the Bible and only the Bible must you believe and standby. Be watchful and alert. Be cautious. The power of lawlessness is at work and fighting the truth of the Word of God with a goal to deceive all that are gullible.

2. Isaiah 58:5-10 says, "Is it such a fast that I have chosen? A day for a man to afflict his soul? Is it to bow down his head as a bulrush and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? Will thou call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the lord? Is it not this the fast that I've chosen to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens and to let the oppressed go free? That you break every yoke? Is it not to give thy bread to the hungry and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? When thou seest the naked that thou cover him, and that thou hide not thyself from thy own flesh, then shall thy light brake forth as the morning and thy health shall spring forth speedily and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the Lord shall be thy reward. Then shall thou call and the Lord shall answer, thou shall cry and He shall say here I am. If thou take away from the mist of thee the yoke, the putting forth of fingers and speaking vanity and if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry and satisfy the afflicted soul then shall thy light rise in obscurity and thy darkness be as the noonday."

Beloved, this is the kind of fast that God requires of us and this is the fast that God rewards. let this be your lifestyle. When you live like this, sin consciousness is gone and the blessings of God become a normal routine in your life. For He says you will call and He will answer and so much more. Amen.

There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end therefore are the ways of death.

Spiritual Counsel

The way of the world is always appealing to the carnal appetite of man but the end produces death and eternal damnation.

2 Thessalonians 3
Isaiah 48-49

"Bread for Today"

1. Apostle Paul exhorts us, in this passage, that as we wait on the coming of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, we should aspire to live right, and separate ourselves from anything that will derail us from the path of righteousness, and stay focused on our soon coming King.

In a world where righteous living has become the exception rather than the norm, we must, in many cases chose not to follow the majority and live God’s way. Some say God’s way is not easy, but it is easy! We have God’s help and are assured divine help. But it is our choice.

It doesn't matter if you're the only one in your family, neighborhood or work, live for Christ, stand your ground and refuse to be overcome by evil. Conquer the evil with good. In doing so your light will shine in this dark world drawing onlookers and those who know you to come to Jesus by beholding your life. Amen.

2. In this study passage, the Prophet Isaiah talks about the restoration of desolate Israel because of her refusal to repent.
God allowed them to be plundered and wasted but it came time for God to put a stop to the Enemy and restored Israel.

Beloved, you may be in that situation now. The Enemy may have plundered your life, your marriage, your family, your health. You may have been left desolate because of the choices you've made to serve the Lord in righteousness. But today. God is saying enough! It is time for your restoration. Will you let Him? The Lord wants to do a quick work. He wants to bring glamour, peace and beauty into your life. If you surrender completely to His Lordship over your life. You shall be restored. Amen.

1 Peter 4:7.
But the end of all things is at hand: be ye, therefore, sober and watch unto prayer.

Spiritual Counsel

We can't afford to live carelessly in these Last Days. We have to do all within us to abstain from evil and separate ourselves from the evildoers and carnal decadence that is so prevalent in the world today. We have the Holy Spirit to help us. Pray for Holy Spirit. It is how we succeed!

2 Thessalonians 1
Isaiah 44-45

"Bread for Today"

1. Beloved, the Word of God in this passage teaches that the wicked will be punished in everlasting fire. In this l exhort you in all that you're going through in persecution, in famine and in lack, that you should look forward to our blessed hope, Jesus Christ. For He will descend from heaven with His holy Angels and the wicked of this world will be justly recompensed for all their wickedness and none will escape. And for you who have suffered all kinds of persecution for the name of Jesus, He will reward you with happiness, joy, peace and life eternal.

So my beloved, I exhort you, stay focused on Christ don't allow any of these things move you, be it pestilence, famine or disease. Keep your focus on Christ, for the glory that will be revealed far exceeds what we suffer now in the flesh. Amen.

2. Isaiah 45:19 says, "I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth, I said not unto the seed of Jacob, seek me in vain. I, The Lord speak righteousness and declare things that are right.

Beloved, we are serving the Lord. Stand strong and stand faithful because He that called us is faithful and will reward us abundantly, even as He said to the children of Israel, He says the same to us today.

John 14:13-14.
And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask anything in my name, I will do it.

Spiritual Counsel

Dearly beloved, this is Jesus speaking an affirmation with what God did with the children of Israel in being their Source and Provider.

Beloved, have you come to this place in your life? It doesn't matter what religion has taught you. I plead with you to come higher. You can have a real relationship with The Father. He literally can become, not only your God but a real, tangible accessible loving Father to you in Christ Jesus.

1 Thessalonians 5
Isaiah 42-43

"Bread for Today"

1. 1 Thessalonians 5:4-11 says, "But ye brethrens are not in darkness that, that day should overtake you as a thief, we are all the children of light and the children of the day we are not of the night nor of darkness therefore let us not sleep as do others but let us watch and be sober. For they that sleep, sleep in the night and they that be drunken are drunken in the night, but let us who are of the day be sober putting on the breastplate of faith and love and for an helment the hope of salvation. For God has not appointed us to wrath but to obtain Salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ who died for us that whether we wake or sleep we should live together with Him. Wherefore, comfort yourselves together and edify one another even as also ye do".

Beloved, by this passage it is clear that as children of God we are not to live carelessly, we are to be sober watchful and prayerful knowing that the Bible has told us all things to come and The Spirit of God in us Has revealed to us all that is happening in the world so we are not caught unawares knowing that the time is at hand for the final event of this earth, we are to live conscious of the coming of our lord and savior Jesus Christ any moment now.

2. Isaiah 43:1-4 says, "But now, thus said the Lord, that created thee, O Jacob and He that formed thee O Israel, fear not for I have redeemed you I have called thee by thy name thou art mine. When thou pass through the waters, I will be with you and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When thou workest through the fire, thou shall not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee; for I am the Lord thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour. I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Sheba for thee.
Since thou was precious in my sight, that has been honorable, and I've loved thee therfore will I give men for thee and people for thy life. Amen.

Beloved, like God said concerning Israel the biological seed of Abraham, He's saying same concerning us who are now the seed of Abraham by Faith through the sacrifice of Jesus that we should fear not, for He will see to it that no matter what we go through, that our lives is preserved and will suffer no hurt, no lack, nor loss and that if it becomes necessary that the life of people will be given for our sake.

What a life my brothers and sisters that we have been called into Amen

Are you looking forward to His appearance? Are you expectant? If you are, you will live completely preserved and protected from all that is happening in the world today and when He appears, you will be with Him for all eternity.

1 Thessalonians 4
Isaiah 40-41

"Bread for Today"

1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 says, "But I will not have you to be ignorant brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not even as others which have no hope; for if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with Him. For this we say unto you, by the Word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain on to the coming of the Lord shall not precede them which are asleep; for the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God and the dead in Christ shall rise first; then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the cloud to meet the Lord in the air and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Therefore, comfort one another with these words

Be encouraged by this,
for we have a glorious life ahead of us, so don't be entangled in this world that is passing away, nor be hopeless like the people of the world.
Stand firm in Christ even as we await our blessed hope. Amen.

2. Isaiah 40:30-31 says, "even the youth shall faint and be weary and the young men shall utterly fail, but they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary and they shall walk and not faint.”

And Isaiah 41:10 says, "fear thou not for I am with you; be not dismayed for I am thy God. I will strengthen you. I will help you,
and I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

Beloved, this is the God of the universe speaking, our eternal Father. So I encourage us with His Words today. In that situation, in that circumstance or challenge, cling onto what the Lord has said.

Listen, it doesn't matter how bad that health condition has become. He said you will go through it, it won't swallow you up. No matter how terrible things may be now, you are going through it. Believe Him for His forever faithful. Amen.

"Heavenly Manna"

1 Corinthians 15:51-53.
Behold, I show you a mystery we shall not all sleep but we shall all be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet: for the trumpet shall sound and the dead shall be raised incorruptible and we shall be changed.

Spiritual Counsel

Beloved this is our blessed hope. This is the final abode of every child of God, to be with the Lord when the trumpet sounds. Are you ready for the grand fiesta that is coming? Where the righteous will be admitted into the Joy of their Salvation or are you still living in doubt, carnality, rebellion and hopelessness? Time is running out. Settle life’s most important issue today.
