Jesus' Magnificent Ladies

Jesus' Magnificent Ladies This Ministry serves Incarcerated Women in Jail/Prison. This Ministry is for
Women that are lost, lonely and forgotten and somehow lost their way.

Permanently closed.

The main focus is to take God's message of hope and courage to those inside jail & Prison, by assisting with aftercare facilities and connecting them back into their community with a support team. We apply Biblical Principles to teach Women that there is a better way to live. We have 5 steps we focus on: Healing, Sustaining, Guiding, Reconciling and Nurturing. The main focus is to take God's mes

sage of hope and courage to those in jail and Prison. Our focus is to build Community with the Women in Jail/Prison. Investing in people's life brings change for them. It also changes the Community in which they live. We will work with the women to assistant them in an aftercare facility as well as get them involved in a local church in their area. Our goal here is to connect them back into their community with a support team. We are available to give Pastoral care to any resident who wants to receive it. The 5 steps we focus on are: Healing, Sustaining, Guiding, Reconciling and Nurturing.

1 Healing: Is a pastoral function that aims to overcome some impairment by restoring the person to wholeness and by leading them to advance beyond their previous condition.

2 Sustaining: Is helping a hurting person to endure and to transcend a circumstance in which restoration to their former condition or recuperation from their malady is either impossible or so remote as to
seem improbable.

3 Guiding: Assisting perplexed persons to make confident choices between alternative courses of thought an action, when such choices are viewed as affecting the present and the future state of human wholeness.

4 Reconciling: Seeking to re-establish broken relationships between (sick) and fellow man and between man and God. Historically, reconciling has employed two modes- forgiveness and discipline.

5 Nurturing: Enable people to develop their potentialities, throughout the life journey with all its valleys, peaks, and plateaus. Nurturing and guiding are the pastoral care functions of this ministry. This is a Nondenominational Ministry open to all women. We can all be different in this Ministry and we are. The thing that connects us is being under the same doctrine. We are available to do weekly Bible Studies as well as Biblical Counseling when needed. We are prepared to offer the Sacraments upon request. We are available for Grief counseling when needed. Jesus’ Magnificent Ladies

We are collecting donations for the women in Jail/Prison. Those who are selected to come to the work release center do not have clothing or personal supplies.

Jesus’ Magnificent Ladies try’s to donate Jeans, tees, sweaters and toothpaste, tampons, feminine pads and shampoo and conditioner, deodorant, body wash.

Our goal is to help them do a 180 from their current life. We teach a 12 Christ Center Curriculum called “Get Freedom, Get Courage!”

Our goal is to mentor/ disciple these ladies and teach and provide basic supplies when they transition back into the community.

We have an Amazon Wish List for the supplies. You can purchase them directly and it will ship directly for the prison/jail. You can also drop off Ministry items to myself(Patty Robinson) Laura Oliverio , Katie Mellas, Anjenette Robinson and Danielle Patelis. Thank you.

Patricia “Patty” is a certified Prison Chaplain. She received her chaplaincy credentials in September 2018. (Her credentials are geared to serve incarcerated women in jail and prison). God placed on her heart several years ago to serve the women who have lost their way. Hebrews 13:3 says to “continue to remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering” (NIV).

Chaplain Patty has a heart for ministry and burns with the gospel. She has led Bible talk groups/church community groups, including street witnessing for the past 30 years. She led the first all-women’s community group at her previous church and was also the first woman’s leader to another prison ministry.
