kful Baptist Church Sanctuary is listed on the National registry for Historic Sites in America. It replaced the original structure from 1840.
~As of January 2010, the church completed its 8500sq foot Youth Outreach Center in Downtown Augusta. This building houses Christian education for our members and outreach programs for computer training, tutoring in math, science & reading along with many programs to benefit our local community for Christ.
~First major addition to the sanctuary was construction of a 3 story commercial elevator with new lobbies and handicap accessible restrooms in 2015.
~Rev. Christopher J. Waters, a Morehouse College graduate is the 14th pastor and has led this 183 year old church since 2009.
