Too many men suffer in silence, believing they have to carry every burden alone. But strength isn't found in pretending you're okay. Strength is found in reaching out, speaking up, and allowing others to walk alongside you.

Mental health matters. Your well-being matters. You matter.

As a community of faith, let's create spaces where men feel safe to have honest conversations, seek support without shame, and prioritize their emotional, mental, and spiritual health.

Check on your brothers.
Listen without judgment.
Encourage. Uplift. Pray.
Seek help when it's needed.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month — and here at Seekers of His Face International Prayer Center, we want you to know this: your mental health matters to God, and it matters to us.

Far too many people suffer in silence while carrying stress, grief, anxiety, burnout, trauma, and emotional exhaustion. This month, we are encouraging our community to choose healing, extend compassion, check on one another, and break the stigma surrounding mental health.

You can love God and still need support.
You can pray and still need rest.
You can be strong and still need healing.

Let’s create a community where people feel safe to be seen, heard, supported, and restored.
