When people fail to show up for you, sometimes it’s not because they don’t love you. It may be their way of protecting themselves mentally, emotionally, or even spiritually. They simply may not have the capacity to carry what you’re carrying in this season.

Don’t take it personally. Instead, choose grace over offense, love over resentment, and prayer over frustration. Then, most importantly, release them into God’s hands.

Not everyone is assigned to walk with you in every season of your life. Some people can only go so far on your journey—and that’s okay. Trust God to send those He has appointed for your next season.

Love them. Pray for them. Release them.

“If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.” — Romans 12:18 (KJV)

“Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7 (KJV)

“Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.” — Ephesians 4:31–32 (KJV)

Sometimes the greatest act of faith is not holding on—it’s releasing people to God and trusting Him with what you cannot change. Protect your peace, guard your heart, and keep walking in love.

Happy New Month!

May this month be undeniable evidence that the hand of the Lord is upon your life. May God distinguish you by His favor, mark you with His glory, and establish you in His purpose. Let every place where you have experienced delay, resistance, and opposition become a testimony of His faithfulness and power.

According to the Word of God, “And the hand of our God was upon us, and he delivered us from the hand of the enemy…” (Ezra 8:31 KJV). May the hand of the Lord deliver, protect, guide, and prosper you throughout this month.

I decree that divine opportunities shall locate you, supernatural provision shall sustain you, and godly connections shall strengthen you. May wisdom be your portion, discernment your safeguard, and obedience your pathway to increase. Let every assignment of the enemy be overturned, and let the counsel of the Lord alone stand concerning your life.

This month, may the Lord cause you to stand out and not blend in, to advance and not retreat, to overcome and not be overcome. May His hand rest upon your household, your ministry, your health, your finances, and your purpose. May those around you recognize that God has favored you, preserved you, and set you apart for such a time as this.

“For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him…” (2 Chronicles 16:9 KJV).

One thing I have learned is that when I pray, God answers.

My struggle has never been whether He hears me—it has been understanding how He chooses to answer.

The truth of Isaiah 55:8-9 (KJV) has become very real in my life:

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.
For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.”

Many times I have prayed with a specific expectation, a particular outcome, and a carefully planned solution in mind. Yet God often answers in ways I never imagined. His methods stretch my faith, challenge my understanding, and require me to trust Him beyond what I can see.

What amazes me is that although His answers may not look like what I requested, they are always greater than what I envisioned. God never thinks small. He never responds limited by human reasoning. He answers according to His wisdom, His purpose, and His power.

Looking back, I can honestly say that every time God answered differently than I expected, He answered bigger than I imagined.

So I continue to pray, trust, and surrender—not because I understand His ways, but because I have learned that His way is always better.

When God answers, He does it BIG!
