On August 16th, right after service, Garrett Kennedy approached me, ready to be baptized. The baptismal was already set up, so I gathered those who were still there and baptized Garrett.
It is always a great day when a someone steps up ready and eager to follow what the Lord has commanded.

This morning as the sun was coming up, I got to baptize Lisa White.
About a month ago Lisa and her husband, Ron, told me they were ready to be baptized and I was excited to facilitate it.
Like the Whites did, when you are ready or just have questions, get a hold me.

For those who attend The Round Pen on Wednesday, I am going to start posting the study questions for each week here. Then you'll be able to take some extra time studying and being prepared to be in the conversation on Wednesday night.
If you haven't attended, we have room for you! Please come. Enjoy a laid back time of studying God's Word, encouraging each other, and laughing together as we endeavor for real spiritual growth. We currently are going through Luke and will go through Acts next.
I added the questions from the first two sections of Luke, just in case you need to catch up.

This coming Sunday bring a chair, bring a friend, and see if Pastor Gerry's horse will add some great life applications to his sermon by dumping him in the dirt.

Then stay for our Family Ranch Rodeo starting at noon.
