My son is a PK, and I think sometimes he enjoys the fellowship of church as much as I do. Tonight we celebrated Rev. Ruth Robinson many years of service in ministry.

Falling in love with Jesus
Falling in love with Jesus
Was the best thing I’ve ever done.
In his arms, I feel protected
In his arms, never disconnected
There’s no place I’d rather be.

I am so thankful for my great cloud of witnesses. My late grandmother Julia would have been so proud to tell my late great grandmother Edna that I am celebrating one year of being a pastor.

A prolific teacher and preacher, Evangelist. Ana- Aliceia Boyd-Blair was born to the union of Raleigh Boyd Jr. and Gloria Warren. She has traveled the country extensively providing others with messages of hope and salvation. She believes as Mark 16:15 states, “He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” Ana was born and raised in Andrews, South Carolina. She began her journey of knowing and serving Jesus Christ at a young age.
At the tender age of only five, she felt the desire to dedicate her life to Christ. Ecclesiastes 12:1 states: “Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth;” this is exactly what she did as a child. Ana was baptized at Ebenezar Missionary Baptist Church of Andrews, South Carolina under the pastoral leadership of Dr. Eddie Gamble Jr. During her early childhood years, Ana developed a curiosity about the meaning and purpose of the human life. At nine years old, while still in elementary school, she began having dreams telling her to go and preach the Gospel.
Being only a child, Ana did not understand; therefore, she fasted and prayed for two months. During this time, she asked God for clarity. The will of God became clear to her. On December 26, 1999, she preached her first sermon at Weldon Hill Missionary Baptist Church of Andrews, South Carolina under the pastoral leadership of the late Rev. Thomas S. Lance. Ana went on to serve as a licentiate minister at Weldon Hill Missionary Baptist Church for fifteen years. This time preceded the passing of her spiritual father and pastor, Rev. Thomas S. Lance. She continued to evangelize under the leadership of Rev. William Boyd Jr.
While serving not only her local church, but also traveling the country, Ana earned a Master of Arts In Education from Concordia University (2016), her Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from the University of South Carolina Aiken (2011), and an Associate of Arts from Denmark Technical College (2009). She currently serves as an alum of Denmark Technical College as well as the University of South Carolina Aiken and Concordia University. In 2019, Ana became a student at Erskine Theological Seminary.
In November of 2014, Ana Boyd and late Mr. Quinten Blair united in Holy Matrimony. The ceremony was held in Cades, South Carolina of Williamsburg County and was officiated by Rev. Barney Heyward of Andrews, South Carolina, and Pastor Woodrow Nesbitt of Georgetown, South Carolina. From this union, the two has one son, Quinten James Blair Jr. Following their union, the couple established their lives in Augusta, GA. In May of 2015, the couple joined Good Shepherd Missionary Baptist Church of Augusta, Georgia under the pastoral leadership of Dr. Clarence Moore. She served as a daughter at Good Shepherd Missionary Baptist Church.
In December of 2018, while still working in ministry, educating full time, and being a devoted mother, God transitioned Ana’s life and spoke once again. This time his task for her was to work in ministry full time. Ana knew transforming full time into ministry would be a a process. She resigned from teaching as a public educator. Within less than a month of doing so, she established Pataskity Publishing Company which is located in Augusta, GA. God not only transitioned Ana as a teacher but also as a preacher. During the Fall of 2019, after 21 years of preaching and teaching the Gospel, God called Ana into pastoralship; Again she responded to God’s voice in obedience.
Currently, Ana has served unwaveringly in ministry for twenty-one years. She is certainly a prodigy of great wisdom and faith, and the empowerment of evangelism is upon her life. After experiencing twenty-one years of evangelism, she continues to preach and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She lives her life according to Colossians 3:17, “And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” She has authored various book titles such as: The Art of Being A Woman, Memoirs of A Widow, Notes of A Church Girl and With My Hands Lifted High Worship Journal.
