🍂 Fall Fair — Vendors Wanted!

Our Fall Fair is coming on Saturday, September 26, and we’re looking for craft and handmade item vendors to join us outdoors on the church lawn.

All vendor tables will be outside, and each vendor must bring their own table and pop‑up canopy.

🌞 Summer Break — Church Closed for July & August

Our church family will be taking a summer break during July and August.

There will be no Sunday services here during those months as we rest, refresh, and enjoy time with family and friends.

💒 Other worship opportunities this summer:

🕊 John will be preaching at Norway Center Church during July and August at 10 AM.

🕊 Center Hill Church in Minot will be open for the five Sundays in August at 9 AM.

We’ll gather again for worship on Sunday, September 13 at 9:00 AM — ready to begin a new season of faith and fellowship together.

This Sunday’s readings remind us that God’s compassion knows no bounds. In the Gospel, Jesus reaches out to heal — restoring life, hope, and dignity to those who feel forgotten.

Paul calls us to share generously, reminding us that grace grows when we give from the heart. And the psalmist cries out, “Out of the depths I cry to you, O Lord,” trusting that mercy will meet us even in our lowest places.

This Sunday we celebrate Father’s Day and give thanks for the steady love and guidance of fathers, grandfathers, and all who nurture faith and family.

Our readings remind us that God’s power and care reach even into the storms of life. From Job’s awe at creation to Jesus calming the waves, we hear the promise that God’s voice still speaks peace into our hearts.Paul encourages us to open wide our hearts — to live with grace, patience, and love, just as Christ has shown us.

❤️ Urgent Prayer Request & Service Cancellation

Our worship service this morning is cancelled.
John’s wife, Wendy, was taken to Maine Medical Center overnight for an emergency heart procedure.

She had been experiencing chest pain, and after six hours in the ER at Stephens Memorial, doctors discovered significant coronary disease that had worsened in the past 24 hours, putting her at high risk for a heart attack.

John left the hospital after midnight and is heading to Portland early this morning to be with her.

Please keep Wendy, John, and their family in your prayers.

Updates will be shared as John is able.

From Ezekiel’s image of God planting a tender sprig that grows into a great tree, to Jesus’ parables of seeds and mustard plants, we’re invited to trust the slow, faithful work of God in our lives.

Paul reminds us that in Christ, we are a new creation — the old has passed away, and something new is taking root within us. Even when growth feels small or hidden, God is shaping us into people of hope, compassion, and courage.

✝️ Sunday Worship & Communion — June 7 at 9:00 AM

This Sunday’s readings remind us of a God who meets us right where we are — in our struggles, our questions, and our longing for grace. From the garden in Genesis to the psalmist crying out from the depths, we hear the promise that God’s mercy is deeper than our mistakes and stronger than our fears.

Paul encourages us not to lose heart, reminding us that even when life feels heavy, God is renewing us day by day. And in the Gospel, Jesus widens the circle of belonging, calling all who do God’s will His family.

We’ll also share in Holy Communion, remembering Christ’s love and the hope that carries us forward.

✨ Sunday Worship — Trinity Sunday

This Sunday we celebrate Trinity Sunday, a day that reminds us of the mystery and beauty of God’s presence — Creator, Christ, and Spirit working together in love.

Our readings take us from the very beginning of creation, where God speaks light and life into being, to the psalmist’s awe at a God who holds the stars yet cares for each of us. Paul encourages us to live in peace and community, and Jesus sends His followers out with the promise that He is with us always.

It’s a Sunday that invites us to wonder, to worship, and to remember that the God who shaped the universe is still shaping us.
