On to Victory, Inc. Supporting Christians in remote regions of the world by providing Bibles, training & encouragement.

We are dedicated to helping believers grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ through the written word of God. We are currently working with the Tsonga-Shangaani people in the Limpopo Province of South Africa as well as Mozambique. It is here that we have walked through an open door to equip many churches with the Word of God and teach foundation principles of the Christian faith.

Very sorry for the late posting. This is just a snip of our June mission trip to South Africa. We are so grateful for all the prayers and donations that helped make this a successful trip.
We went to serve & encourage our brothers and sisters in Christ and received so many blessings in return from them.
We shared a study on Peacemaking that we recently with through at Living Hope. Many of our team members stepped beyond our comfort zone and allowed God to use our life stories to testify of God's goodness and how peacemaking has been impactful in our own lives.

What does a mission Trip to South Africa look like?
Door to Door evangelism with the church members
Ongoing fellowship and encouragement with team members
Morning bible studies with the team
Kid's Ministry Outreach
Youth Ministry Outreach
Women's Outreach
Church services with Biblical Teaching

Below are some pictures from the first church that we visited in Mamelodi (Christ Centered Church).
We had around 200 kids show up for the Kid's Outreach. It is very hard to prepare for these events because there is no way to know how many kids will show up. The church was filled with kids, most of them that have never been to church. The Gospel message was shared. We played outside with the kids and provided a jumpy house, games, balls & bubbles. About 200 very hungry kids received food that day. What a blessing it was to watch the children laugh and enjoy the games and fellowship.

We always commission teams before they leave to go on mission. Why? It encourages the sent ones, it highlights God’s heart for the nations, and it allows the whole church to come together to pray over the Kingdom of God.

Continue to pray as the South Africa team prepares to go on mission. They will be teaching men, women, children, and orphans about the gospel.

The ministry of the church must be designed to strengthen godly marriages and families; a biblical understanding of the role of Christian marriage and family.

The ministry of the church must be developing and sustaining biblical qualified and functioning leadership. Henceforth, our ministry is marked by exposition of the Word.

"Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth" (2 Timothy 2:15)
Timothy, like all who preach or teach the Word of God, was to give his maximum effort to impart God's Word completely, accurately and clearly to his hears. The literal meaning of word "accurately handling" is "cutting it straight". Precision and accuracy are required in biblical interpretation.

As you know, it's been over a year since we've been able to travel to South Africa. This is the longest absence in over 15 years. But by the grace of God, the work is progressing through fellow servants in the Limpopo province.

Member Dumasani is following God's call of starting a Bible College to work with pastors who would otherwise not be able to attend a 4 year seminary degree. This work is currently being done where it all began... in the village of 14C.

This schooling will provide 2 years of course material in a format that will allow people to continue to work (and raise families). The studies will include: hermeneutics, Bible Survey, Church History, Biblical Counseling, and leadership development. The teaching will be provided by Member Dumasani, Aaron Ndove, and Stanford (all fellow Christ Baptist Seminary Students)

A huge praise includes: God's calling on Joshua Mthuki's life as he has been called to go to full time seminary in Polokwane SA. Joshua is from the the village of 14C and has served in the church for many years. It has always been our prayer that someone from within this village may raise up to learn the depths of God's word through faithful study. Joshua has a beautiful family including a wife, and 2 daughters. This calling will surely be faced with difficulties has must learn how to manage a job, family, and studies many hours from home.

Please pray for Member, Joshua, and the On to Victory SA team as they continue to pursue the "onward and upward call in Christ Jesus".

*** Immediate needs include: laptops.

Please prayerfully consider giving whatever financial support you can to raise enough money to provide laptops for the ministry. We need approximately $2000 for (2) laptops that will serve for studies, translation of materials, and communication. Laptops cost a little more in Africa because of steep tariffs. I had hoped to take some over from the states, but God had other plans.

In times past, I would purchase the laptops myself, however our family is not in a financial position to incur the total cost.

This is an ongoing work that we would love for you to be a part of. If you have any material that you would like to get translated into the Tsonga language because think it would be beneficial to the Church, please reach out to us. We can make it happen.

Thanks for all your prayers and support. God has (and is) continuing to do more than we ever imagined.

Your brother in Christ, Sean

Paul declares "And what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also" 2 Timothy 2:2.

Timothy was to take the divine revelation he had learned from Paul and teach it to other faithful men, men who proven spiritual character and giftedness, who would in turn pass on those truths to another generation.

These are the men we would be training this year, classes like hermeneutics, systematic Theology, church administration, Old Testament survey, New Testament Survey, biblical counseling, church history and many more subjects. Pray for us, as we indefatigably labour to see Christ formed in us and these men.
