We believe that every man is mandated by God to be biblically train and equip to be spiritual leaders in their homes, in the church, and in their places of business. Therefore, it is our mission as Hmong New Hope Men to mentor, empower, and nurture every man into a relationship with Jesus Christ. We will accomplish this mission through the following discipleship L.E.A.D formation:

1. ENCOURAGE me

n to serve with compassion and mercy.
3. ASSIST men to share the gospel through their grace story.
4. DISCIPLE men into a relationship with Jesus Christ. VISION:
We believe God is calling us to partner with Him in our mission over the next two years to see 40% of the men of Hmong New Hope Alliance Church to:

• Walk with God humbly.
• Shepherd their families responsibly.
• Relate to one another honestly.
• Share Christ passionately.
• Support Mission-field needs willingly.
