We know you’ll want to join us as we celebrate that the Rev. Paige Holaday will be the next Director of the Wesley Foundation at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA starting July 1.
For the last 5 years, as the Associate Director at the Auburn Wesley Foundation, she has been an amazing leader, teacher, pastor, listener - bringing creativity, thoughtfulness and joy to everything she’s done! Paige did her undergrad at Auburn University and first heard her call to ministry here at Auburn Wesley. And we are so grateful that she returned in the fall of 2021 to give leadership to this ministry at such a critical time.
Tony, in particular, is grateful for all Paige has done. He shares:
“I want to thank Paige for five really great years of ministry and leadership here. When she came in 2021 we were in a very precarious place as a ministry. That first year or two was not for the faint of heart! And these last few years have been about stewarding growth and redeveloping layers of student leadership, which is at the very core of our DNA as a ministry. It has been a great joy to get to field the challenges of ministry with someone as gifted and grounded as the Rev. Paige Holaday. We send her into this next step with a mix of sadness and celebration, knowing that she is going to do so well and that The College of William and Mary Wesley Foundation just got a gem of a campus minister!”
Please hold Paige and Jeremy in your prayers as they make this move and as Paige begins this new season of responding to Christ’s call in her life.
And pray also for us - for AU Wesley, for Tony and Personnel and the Board of Directors as they do the work of finding the next person who can step into the Associate Director role with grace and joy for the work leading students to witness to the mission, message and life of Jesus Christ in the campus community.
