It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of Charity Yauger.
We are grieved and heart broken by this sudden loss, as Charity was one of our founding ministers. From an early age, Charity dedicated herself to the study and living out of the life of Jesus. Anyone who encountered Charity often left with salvation, healing, or miracles in their life. As a minister, Charity was known for her profound understanding of the presence of God, as well as her unwavering faith in Jesus as the Healer. Charity’s personal life was a living testimony to God’s miraculous healing power. Her life was marked by the powerful intervention of God, and His radical healing. While Charity was gifted in many ways, it was her genuine love for people that led her to influence and impact so many lives. From leading her neighborhood friends to Jesus as a young girl, to praying for countless others in need of a miracle, Charity had a faith magnet attached to her spirit. It was not uncommon for Charity to get called to pray for someone, because the stories of her faith had spread far and wide. If we could list all of the stories of life changing encounters Charity was a part of - it would take days to read through.
Charity is truly known in heaven as a friend of God, and we are honored that, for a brief time, we could walk in friendship with her. While we are shaken by the news of her passing, we take comfort in knowing that Charity (who always seemed to be more comfortable talking about heaven), is at peace in heavenly places with her Father and Savior.
Charity is survived by her loving family, nieces and nephew, and friends who loved her from around the world. Most importantly, her memory will live on in the lives of those she impacted and ministered to.
