✨Youth Sunday was a beautiful reminder of God's faithfulness from one generation to the next. We celebrated our graduates, we were led by our students in worship, and had the privilege of ordaining, commissioning, and sending one of our youth leaders into a new pastoral role.
As we sang The Blessing together, we were reminded of God's promise and provision for generations to come. Join us in praying for our graduates, our students, and our newly ordained pastor as he and his family are sent out to serve in the calling God has placed on their lives.
"May His favor be upon you and a thousand generations..." ✨

What a joy-filled Sunday! 🎉
We’re celebrating two people publicly declaring their faith in Jesus through baptism, a beautiful reminder that God is still changing lives and calling people closer to Him.

Baptism is more than a moment; it’s a step of obedience, surrender, and new life in Christ. We are so thankful to celebrate alongside these two and the work God is doing in our church family.

Easter at First Baptist Church of Atwood🌿

We started the morning gathered together for a sweet time of fellowship over breakfast, sharing food, laughter, and community. From there, we moved into an extended time of worship- lifting our voices and preparing our hearts to celebrate the hope we have in Jesus.

Our Easter service centered on the resurrection - the truth that changes everything - and it was a joy to reflect on that together as a church family.

One of the most special moments of the day was celebrating six baptisms! Each one a powerful reminder of new life, faith, and the work God is doing in our community.

We are so grateful for a full day of joy, worship, and celebration. If you joined us, thank you for being part of it - and if you didn’t, we’d love to have you with us soon! 💛
