Today I had the honor of visiting Plains Cemetery on Plain Street in Walpole, MA . This cemetery is the town's second-oldest cemetery, with a history reaching all the way back to the 1720s. Decades of weathering completely hid the beautiful Celtic cross and detailed inscription on Jeremiah J. O'Connor's headstone, but a gentle, safe cleaning brought it completely back to life. Preserving these monuments keeps our local stories alive!

Today, I had the honor of looking after two headstones for a gentleman currently living in Ohio. Because he can’t make the trip to maintain his wife’s resting place himself, he reached out to me to ensure they received the care they deserve.
While I was there, I noticed a small angel statue near the site had a broken wing—snapped clean off into two pieces. I couldn't leave it that way! After finishing the deep clean on both monuments, I spent some extra time repairing the angel and giving her a fresh shine.

While cleaning a site this morning, I came across this sweet angel statue. Her wing had snapped off into two pieces and was lying on the ground. I couldn't leave her like that!
After finishing my scheduled cleaning, I took a little extra time to repair and clean the statue. It’s an honor to look after these small details and ensure your loved ones' resting places are beautiful and intact.
