CAA - the area’s only Reconstructionist synagogue - is an inclusive Jewish community welcoming interfaith families, LGBTQIA+ people, marginalized Jews, people exploring Judaism, and people at different levels of observance and familiarity.

Lag BaOmer falls in the middle of the Omer, a reflective stretch between Passover and Shavuot.

It’s a day that shifts the tone, often symbolized by fire and light.

A small pause. A little lift.
