80 Years of Community Care! To kick off our anniversary, we'll be sharing milestone moments from our 80 years working and supporting the Attleboro community. Thanks to the The Sun Chronicle for featuring our story and history on our 80th anniversary last week!

ATTLEBORO — Eighty years ago — May 8, 1946, to be exact — the Attleboro Area Interfaith Collaborative planted its roots in the city.

This is what community care looks like! Huge thank-you to Agudas Achim, who piloted our first-ever House of Worship Donation Drive. We asked the synagogue to collect paper towels, plastic bags, sponges, and more to offset our supplies costs for our Food n' Friends program, and the community came through.

If your congregation, church, business or organization wants to partner with us for a supplies drive, let us know via email at [email protected]. 🍎🍞🥕

We’re delighted to share that AAIC has received a Community Health Grant from Sturdy Health. In collaboration with five partner organizations, including The Literacy Center, The Arc of Bristol County, Attleboro Public Schools, Attleboro Council on Aging, and Attleboro Norton YMCA, we will be part of the C.H.A.N.C.E Project—expanding access to community health workers across our region and strengthening connections to screening, navigation, transportation, and early intervention services.

We are so excited for this opportunity to expand our critical work in supporting our guests and clients, helping them access resources proactively - before there's a crisis situation.
