Because we believe that the heart of God encapsulates every single person, we desire to give all of who we are to invite others to embrace the Good News of Jesus in their lives. A long time ago a man named Paul of Tarsus said to a group of people that they s
hould seek God, and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him. Yet he is actually not far from each one of us. We believe that God is near each of us and that He is worth seeking out and finding! We trust in the Scriptures to lead us to the truth about who God is
We believe in the single and one time work of Christ on the cross and His subsequent resurrection from the dead. We believe that God has set up the church to be an outpost of His love in the world. We are called to invite people to seek and know the God of the Universe that is not far from each one of us. We believe that God sent His Holy Spirit to be a comforter, teacher and sender in our lives, both individually and corporately. We use these five words to help define what it means to live the Christ life:

Connect: Remaining with Christ and others
Serve: Compassion in action
Lead: Elevate others toward God-given direction
Next: Called and sent to follow Christ boldly
