Hearken, Good Ladies!
Come thou and gather for an evening most sweet, wherein Triumph Through Trials shall be proclaimed, and ice cream sundaes most generously served.
Hast thou walked through valleys of sorrow, uncertainty, or affliction? Then come, and hear how our gracious Lord hath turned weeping into rejoicing, burden into blessing, and trial into triumph.
Hear the Testimonies of Three Faithful Women
I. Ruth Weber - Through the illness of a beloved spouse
II. Joyce Weber - Through the sorrow of losing a child
III. Jennifer Sanders - Through the loss of a job and the ending of a marriage
Come and hear how, in the midst of trials and heartache, the Lord hath remained faithful, giving strength for each day and hope for the journey. Let each faithful woman declare the mighty works of God, that all hearts may be strengthened and encouraged.
There shall be bowls heaped with delightful ice cream, sauces rich and sweet, and toppings in abundance, that every lady may fashion her sundae according to her liking. Come, partake of sweet confections and sweeter testimonies. Bring with thee a friend, a neighbor, or any gentlewoman who standeth in need of hope and encouragement.
Childcare for young scholars aged ten and under shall be provided for the occasion. Kindly sign thy name in advance, that we may make ready for thee and thy little ones.
