Please pray for Mike Hall as he and Heather are at the ER. His sugar dropped down to 50. They are giving him sugar intravenously and having him eat to see if it can be brought up. Living with Diabetes is hard so he needs our prayers.

📸 TANGLEWOOD MBC FRIENDS — I NEED YOUR HELP! 📸

I’m working on a special project involving the history of Tanglewood Missionary Baptist Church, and I’m looking for as many pictures as I can possibly find — from the very beginning of the church all the way up to today! ❤️

If you, your parents, grandparents, or other family members have ever been part of Tanglewood, please dig through those old photo albums, boxes, and drawers! I would LOVE to have copies of anything connected to the church.

I’m looking for EVERYTHING — pictures of the church building being built or worked on, old pictures of the property, church services, baptisms, weddings, Vacation Bible School, Christmas programs, revivals, Sunday School classes, youth groups, fellowships, dinners, special events, pastors and church families… even ordinary snapshots taken at church over the years.

No picture is too old, too new, or too ordinary! Sometimes the pictures that seemed unimportant at the time end up telling the best stories years later.

Tanglewood was founded in 1970, so there are more than 50 years of memories out there, and I would love to gather as many of them as possible. 📖⛪️

You can post send them to me through text or email . If you know approximately what year the picture was taken, who is pictured, or what was happening, please include that information too — but if you don’t know, send it anyway!

And PLEASE share this post! There are former members, family members, and friends of Tanglewood who may have wonderful old pictures but may never see this post unless someone shares it with them.

I would especially love to reach people who were part of Tanglewood in its earliest years. If you know someone who might have old photographs tucked away, please tag them, call them, send them this post, or ask them for me!
