LIT Fest is an annual celebration bringing together churches, families, and communities to invest in the next generation through literacy.

This year, churches across Atlanta helped elementary students grow in reading skills, confidence, and a love of learning. LIT Fest is the exciting culmination of that work. Scan the QR code to register! We hope to see you there!

Our first Refuge Family Reunion was a tremendous success! A huge thanks to our many community partners and Family Group leaders for connecting the church to one another and the good being done in our neighborhoods.

At Refuge, we believe Jesus makes us family. We worship together as family, and we live life in community as family.

If you’d like to experience family deeper at Refuge, we hope you’ll come out to our Refuge Church Family (Groups) Reunion this Sunday, August 16th after the service. This is a great opportunity to share a meal, get to know each other better, join a Family Group if you haven’t already, and get to know Refuge’s community partners, too. So, stick around after the service this Sunday for a fish fry, lawn games, and great people!

Does it get any better than this?

We’re still in awe of these young people’s faith. God has rescued them and is already using them to spread his good news! Thank you, Jesus, for the testimony of these young believers!

It’s been a long time coming! But we are so excited for Devron Woodruff, Refuge’s youth director, to preach for the first time in the service tomorrow morning. We hope you’ll come hear the Word and encourage him, as he makes his preaching debut!

We thank God for bringing Refuge such a kind and talented leader to love and care for our youth!

Refuge men,

I don’t think there’s a single one of us who doesn’t wish we were more spiritually grounded, emotionally aware, relationally connected, and committed to God’s work of justice, restoration, and becoming the beloved community. Well, we’ve created an environment to grow in those things over these 4 Tuesdays in July. The first Tuesday was really rich, as we discussed what keeps us from being vulnerable with one another and fully known. We hope you’ll join us tonight for our next session.
