Our most recent meet up was a great time had by all. We met at the Little Five Points Community Center. Our Synergy Kids led a nice praise and worship. Coach Jason opened us up with an amazing word. Then we packed self care boxes and have them out in the Little Five Points Community. We ended the night with pizza and games.

Synergy family can you help us pack 20 wellness boxes to giveaway this Saturday to people in little five points? We need volunteers to bring any of the items. Enough for 20 boxes. Please let us know what you can bring.

Wellness Box:
Spa face mask
Lip balm
Mini water bottle
Hand lotion/cream
Small candle
Tea bag/chocolate packet
Antibacterial wipes

Goal 20 boxes

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and Dr. Kia Fisher will be talking on the topic, “My Mind Is Playing Tricks On Me”. Come through and check it out on Zoom at 12:30pm tomorrow. Don’t miss it.
