Happy Black History Month! It's February and we are excited about everything we have in store. We are still celebrating living to see it happen and our historic giving day on Saturday. As a result of the community coming together, WE fully funded All Inclusive Campaign for January and announced that we are having a worship service in April!

A couple of weeks ago, we included a yoga-based meditation moment during worship.

(By yoga-based meditation, we mean simple breathing, gentle movement, and guided stillness—no prior yoga experience required, and all movements were optional.)

And nothing terrible happened—no one was struck down. Instead, many of us felt more grounded and more present in the moment.

It was a powerful experience, beautifully led by our own .
