🌟 Wednesday Meditation Night 🧘‍♂️✨
A wonderful evening filled with peace, mindfulness, and positive energy! We were delighted to welcome 51 🧘🏻‍♀️practitioners to our Wednesday session.
Finding time mid-week to step away from daily distractions allows us to release accumulated stress, recharge our minds, and reconnect with inner stillness. Practicing together creates a supportive field of calm that helps everyone settle deeper into meditation.

You are cordially invited to a very special day for us at the Georgia Meditation Center, Sunday, November 8th marks our Kathina Celebration, a once a year robe offering ceremony for our teaching monks who have completed their 3 months rains retreat period.

Funds are being collected on behalf of our meditation group, and if you would like to contribute to our generosity fund please donate via zelle [email protected] or you can make your contribution directly to our GMC staff or monastic community just specify that it is for the “meditation group fund for GMC Kathina.” Please note that the Georgia Meditation Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, so your donation is tax deductible.

Feel free to join in at any time most convenient for you for this auspicious occasion! Note recommendation is to come before the alms offering portion of the day, which is where lay people offer food to the monks. There will be plenty of food prepared for us all to enjoy! Feel free to extend and invite family and friends for this once in a year meritorious celebration!
