Freshwater Church St. John USVI A St John local Christian Church that gathers for worship at Hawksnest Beach and serves the community with love. We welcome all.

Believers in Christ meeting together regularly for worship at Hawksnest Beach and in our homes for Bible study. We are a church plant of the SBC and we welcome all denominations, respecting doctrinal differences, enjoying encouragement through fellowship, and magnifying Christ together.

What a night! ❤️

On May 31, churches from St. John and St. Thomas gathered for an evening of worship, fellowship, and encouragement at Cruz Bay Baptist Church. The worship was powerful, the fellowship was sweet, and God’s Word was faithfully proclaimed.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to worship alongside our brothers and sisters in Christ and celebrate what God is doing across our islands.

Freshwater Church has been invited to join our friends from Bethany & Emmaus Moravian Churches for this annual community gathering of prayer and praise as we seek God’s protection and blessing during hurricane season.

We’ll gather at Hawksnest Beach at 9:00 AM for worship, fellowship, and a message from Mark 4:30–34, “Unstoppable.” As we sing This Is Our God, I Speak Jesus, and Wondrous Cross, we’ll be reminded that God’s Kingdom often begins with the smallest of seeds, yet grows according to His power and purpose—and it is unstoppable.

Our free Freshwater safari shuttle will pick up at:
• 8:30 AM – Westin Resort
• 8:40 AM – Mongoose Junction (across from Scoops)

We’ll gather at Hawksnest Beach at 9:00 AM for worship, fellowship, and a message from Mark 4:26-29, “Beneath the Surface.” As we sing Great Things, Come to Jesus, and Trust In God, we’ll be reminded that God is always at work—even when we can’t see it.

🚐 Need a ride?
Our free Freshwater safari shuttle will pick up at:
• 8:30 AM – Westin Resort
• 8:40 AM – Mongoose Junction (across from Scoops)

Return trip from Hawksnest at 10:30 AM.

Then join us again Sunday evening at 6:00 PM at Cruz Bay Baptist Church for a special worship gathering with believers from churches across St. John and St. Thomas. Pastor Nelson from Bovoni Baptist Church will bring the message, and refreshments will follow.

This Sunday at 6:00 PM, believers from St. John and St. Thomas will gather at Cruz Bay Baptist Church for an evening of worship, encouragement, and fellowship.

It’s a beautiful reminder that while we worship in different places each week, we are one family in Christ.

9:00 AM | Hawksnest Beach Pavilion Parking will be limited due to the Beach to Beach Power Swim. The free shuttle schedule is: 8:30AM pickup at the Westin Resort.
8:40 pickup at Mongoose Junction, across from Scoops. The return trip pickup at Hawksnest is 10:30 AM.
