What a worship service today! The presence of God like never before!
Message preached: "Driven by Distress"! John 4: 47-53
We all experience distress (unhappiness or pain : suffering that affects the mind or body
: a very difficult situation in which you do not have enough money, food, etc.) so allow this to drive you right into the presence, praise and purpose of Jesus! Don't turn away but find Jesus even more! Don't stop going to church but come even more!
John 4: 47-53- Nothing like a distressed father of a dying son looking for a miracle! He knew just WHO could help in this time of great need! He walked 24 hours from Caperneum to Cana to find Jesus! Jesus simply tells him....go back home thy SON Lives! The Father believed the power of what Jesus said without seeing the works! He Returns home and his son is alive! At the exact time, the seventh hour, Jesus said He lives! We got to believe the Power of the WORD for he is able...then believe the WORKS is guaranteed to follow! What He says will come to pass! It is all we have....Trust Jesus for the Word and the Works!

Paul does an outstanding job to wake and warn the soldiers of the Cross!

1. He encourages us to be strong and courageous!
2. He beseeches us to stand
3. He warns us to keep the WHOLE ARMOUR OF GOD IN THESE DAYS of spiritual warfare!

War or not, good days or bad days, up or down WE ARE STILL SOLDIERS!
Trained by the Holy Ghost
And Keeping each piece of the Whole ARMOUR. Spiritual warfare is real, very real!
