We've still got space on our Trinity Marriage Retreat, Tuesday, November 10-Thursday, November 12!

Designed for couples married at least two years, we will walk through a curriculum called The Marriage Course in the beautiful setting of SharpTop Cove in Jasper, GA. The retreat kicks off at 10am on Tuesday and ends before lunch on Thursday morning. The content will provide guidelines for rich conversation with your spouse, and the schedule will provide plenty of space to connect with each other as well as with other couples on the retreat.

For the second year, Trinity is partnering with Lighthouse Family Retreat, a faith-based nonprofit supporting families impacted by childhood cancer. Join the Trinity team for Lighthouse’s Sunrise Weekend Retreat, February 13–16, 2027, at Brasstown Valley Resort in Young Harris, GA. Sunrise Retreats are specifically designed for families grieving the loss of a child to cancer, creating space for rest, connection, joy, and hope alongside others who understand their loss.

Join us in the Chapel after church on Sunday, October 25, from 12:30-1:30pm for an Info Session about Saint Magdalene’s and how you can participate in the church planting process. Whether you want to know how best to volunteer in support or are discerning whether to join the plant yourself, this meeting is for you! This meeting is not limited to Trinity members; if you know others interested in this work, please bring them! No registration is required. It's that time to sign up for our annual trip to the Dominican Republic to serve alongside our longtime ministry partner, Makarios. Based near Puerto Plata, Makarios works to love, educate, and empower children and families facing poverty and barriers to education through its school, family resources, and leadership development. Our Trinity team will host a retreat for Makarios staff at a Young Life camp, creating space to encourage and care for those who pour into their communities every day.

This week, Trinity turned 24! Our first service was held on October 6, 2002, and we’re grateful for all God has done in and through this church over the years.

At Wednesday night’s Member Meeting, we celebrated God’s faithfulness, shared an update on our Lead Pastor Kris’s candidacy for Suffragan Bishop in C4SO, and introduced our Ministry Plan for the next two years.

If you missed it, don’t worry. Beginning Sunday, October 25, we’ll spend five weeks unpacking our Ministry Plan and Strategic Priorities together. We hope it helps each of us consider where God is inviting us to slow down, welcome, grow, serve, and use our gifts for the good of others.

Join us this Sunday, October 11, from 11 am - 12:30 pm as we begin our Old Testament three-week course led by our lay Teaching Team. Together, we’ll journey through the sweeping story of the Old Testament—from creation, the fall, and the patriarchs to the Exodus, Israel’s rise, exile, and the prophets—discovering along the way the enduring hope and promise of restoration woven throughout Scripture.

This is a 101 course and the fourth in a set of five classes, each three weeks in length, designed to help Trinity folks who are newer to faith or who desire to engage with the Bible or in spiritual practices.

Come out on Friday, October 23, and bring your friends and neighbors to the Trinity backyard for our Fall Celebration!

We’ll spend the evening eating together, playing trivia, getting toasty around the bonfire, and willing the cooler weather to come—and stay!

Every guest will enjoy an off-the-grill burger and dessert—just bring a favorite side to share! At registration, you'll have the chance to note any dietary restrictions and sign up to lend a hand with cleanup. And if the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll simply move the party indoors to the Large Group Room. Rain or shine, we can't wait to see you!
