Please consider joining us this Friday, June 9th between 7am and 2pm at Uptown Cafe in Johns Creek for a delicious breakfast or lunch. Uptown will generously donate 25% of all sales to the children of Mustard Seed Communities when customers mention Mustard Seed as they order. This is a great way to help MSC while supporting a local business. Hope to see you there!

On Friday our group of 25 missionaries departs for Nicaragua to spend a week with the beautiful children and teens at Mustard Seed Communities. We are so thankful for all those people who have supported the children by contributing to our fundraising effort! Most of all, we appreciate your prayers for the children and caregivers and for our safety as we travel on Friday. We are looking forward to the smiles and hugs of all of our friends in Nicaragua!

We arrived home safely last night. What an amazing week we had! It was so wonderful to see the beautiful new kitchen and dining building in Managua and the children eating their meals there. We visited the Sewing Center and spent some great quality time with the older children and teens in Diriamba. We had a special "shopping project" there where the kids got tickets and got to shop and choose clothes from donations we had collected. So many great moments with the children!! Please keep Julia, the director of the home in Diriamba, in your prayers as she lost her father while we were there. I know she will appreciate your thoughts and prayers.
