Faith does not mean foolishness. Faith is misunderstood or many people are not reading the text correctly. Heb 11:1 describes faith as, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” But many discount you don’t need faith or hope for something you already know. Rom 8:24, “For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?”

Faith had elements that identifies real faith. (1) substance of things hoped for; (2) evidence of things not seen. Key words (a) hope; (b) not seen. COVID is killing people that can be seen. Hospitals and schools COVID cases are going back up that can be seen. Children are getting sick that can be seen.

Also, faith MUST come with a Transitive Verb attached to it (it meaning Faith.) A Transitive verb simply express action and are followed by a direct object. Therefore, Faith is something that makes it an object and NOT an illusion or a wish. It has (1) Substance; and (2) Evidence. Let’s identify the Transitive Verbs in Heb 11 shall we?

Heb 11:4, “By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.

Transitive verb: Offered

Heb 11:5, “By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

Transitive verb: Translated

Heb 11:6, “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Transitive verbs: Come; Believe; Seek

Heb 11:7, “By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

Transitive verb: Prepared

Heb 11:8, “By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.

Transitive verbs: Go; Obeyed; Went

Heb 11:9-10, “By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise: 10 For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.

Transitive verbs: Sojourned (stayed); Looked

Heb 11:11, “Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised.

Transitive verbs: Conceive; Unseen Transitive verbs: Lay with her husband; Delivered; Judged

You know what else all these things have in common. God instructed.

When you read and apply the Bible for the rules, you will miss the relationship God wants with you. There are 613 commandments in the bible. Why do we pick and choose the ones we will follow and apply the rest to others? Since sin does not fall or follow rules. God had to fulfill them and give us a relationship with Jesus the Christ. That is not an excuse to sin. It is a reason to become better.

The reason man has become fearful of everything and everyone is because we won't elect to fear God and see ALL people as something beautifully and wonderfully created in His image. We have decided to become a god and can’t handle the truth of the reality we create. We get to actually see firsthand what was created in our image. Hatred, Racism, Prejudice, Division, Destruction, Unrighteous Judgement, Injustice, and such. It seems our goal is to destroy God and what He created. Tell me who the “enemy” is again? The one that steals, kills and destroys and is an enemy of man.

Pastors and Preachers. Your job is not to have a good sermon that makes people shout, dance and like you. Because if you are preaching the truth and telling people truly what God said concerning them. You will fall-out with some people. Sometimes the good news is for them to repent and turn away. Let God worry what they will receive afterwards.

SPEAK THE TRUTH

Never be afraid to speak the truth. Never be silent about your community, politics, nor for those who are is in political office. Since when was Jesus silent about ANY matters of oppression politics, or otherwise. He wasn’t and died because he stood out. Many today are not willing to put their life on the line. No scriptures stand alone. We are instructed to “Pray for those appointed over you.) That does not mean agree, turn away, submit, or be silent. If you are how can you truly live out the kingdom principles given to you?

Remember context matters. 1 Timothy 2:1, “I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

There are some indicators of why we pray for those appointed over us. The kingdom key is this, “THAT WE MAY LEAD A QUIET AND PEACEABLE LIFE IN ALL GODLINESS AND HONESTY.” THAT WE …………WE…….WE…….NOT THEM………WE . WE MAY LEAD A QUIET AND PEACEABLE LIFE IN ALL GODLINESS AND HONESTY.” That does not mean accept a lie, say nothing, make excuses, turn away, lie for, continue a lie, or prophesy a lie.

Since when does the Word of God not require you to speak the truth about something or someone? Instead, people try to use the scripture to support their manipulation, lack of understanding, personal reasoning, or fear. Using Psalm 105: 15,”Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.” And for those whose prophesy does not come to pass or never takes place often use this scripture. 1 Corinthians 13:9, “For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.” Shaking my head. All one would have to do is read the full scripture for understanding.

1 Cor 9, “ For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. 10 But when that which is perfect is come (the Christ), then that which is in part shall be done away.” Its not taking about your half-truth. A half truth is a whole lie. And since when did a Prophet tell someone something from God that did not come to pass? And finally, Psalm 105:15, “Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm, had preceding verses for understanding. Scriptures NEVER stand alone.

Psalm 105:12-15. “Then they were but a few men in number; yea, very few, and strangers in it. 13 When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people; 14 He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes; 15 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.”

There are bunches and bunches and bunches of profits in this time. That is why most resort to vague realities that most likely will happen at some point in your life. Someone one told me that God said you will find a new job. Guess what that does to a person’s mind who is actually looking for a job or since most people are unhappy with their current job. They will react the same way. They will be open to suggestion or look for another job. You will get a new home. Get a car. Get some money. Find a husband. Get. Find. Get. Find. Get. Find.

What about God said repent. God said be wise. God said seek him. Oh. Wait you do not need to prophesy that because it is already in his Word.

Deuteronomy 18:20-22, “But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die. 21 And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the Lord hath not spoken? 22 When a prophet speaketh in the name of the Lord, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.”

For all those who want to be free. Here is a tip. Reconnect with your spiritual roots (REMEMBER SPIRITUALITY IS NOT RELIGION.) Spirituality is a sense of self as it relates to a higher power. It is to know that there is something bigger than ourselves. Higher than ourselves. And how our actions and consequences effect those around us. I don’t do religion. It kills the spirit.

Please everyone keep my friend Glenn Rushin. in your hearts and prayers. After himself being affected by COVID-19. His wife Mary was also impacted after he was released from the hospital. She suffered a stroke as a result and is now safely in the arms of our father. We Love You. Rest in Power Mary.
