People of Mount Paran | Nicholas Mugo
Since 1996, Nicholas Mugo has been a special part of the Mount Paran family! What started as a visit with his cousin after moving to the U.S. quickly became a place he would call home for nearly 30 years.
Through seasons of joy, loss, and unexpected challenges, Nicholas and his family have experienced firsthand the love and generosity of this church community. From getting married here to dedicating their son Adrian and recently being baptized together as a family, Mount Paran has been part of so many meaningful moments in their lives.
But what makes Nicholas’s story so special isn’t just the years he’s spent here. It’s the way he has spent those years loving and serving others. For nearly three decades, Nicholas has faithfully poured into the people of Mount Paran with kindness, humility, and a genuine servant’s heart. His selflessness, sacrifices, and willingness to show up for others have never gone unnoticed. He has been a friend, an encourager, and such a blessing to so many in our church family.
Nicholas often speaks about how Mount Paran has been a home for him and his family, but we hope he knows just how much he has helped make this church feel like home for others, too.
We are so incredibly thankful for Nicholas and the entire Muturi family. Their faithfulness, love for Jesus, and heart for people are a beautiful picture of what makes the Mount Paran family so special. We are better because they are part of it!
