It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Deacon Charlie Waymon, who has transitioned from earthly labor to heavenly reward.

Deacon Waymon was a faithful servant, a steady presence, and a devoted member of the Greater Liberty Hill Baptist Church family. His life of service, faith, and commitment leaves a lasting witness among us.

The Funeral Service for Deacon Charlie Waymon will be held:

Please continue to keep his wife, Deaconess Rosa Waymon, his sister, Deaconess Vera Allen, and the entire Waymon family lifted in prayer during this time.

We mourn his absence, but we give God thanks for his life, his labor, and the legacy of faith he leaves behind.

🌸 Welcome, September! 🌸
As we step into a new month, may we begin with hearts full of faith and eyes fixed on God. May He give us eyes to see His presence, even when the way is unclear, and hearts to trust Him even when we cannot see the evidence of His work. 🙌🏾 May the Lord be our protection in times of attack, our strength in times of weakness, and our refreshment in times of discouragement. May this September be filled with His grace, peace, and renewed hope. Happy first day of September! May we walk into this new month praying, believing, and trusting God every step of the way. ❤️

🎶❤️ There’s something special about generations coming together to lift their voices in praise. Our mass choir and youth choir joined together, and the result was a powerful reminder that worship truly has no age limit. 🙌🏽🎵 What a blessing to worship together!
