Hearts waxing cold!. Matthew 24:13
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. 2 Cor 2:3-4
Father God, we are so grateful for another day You have BLESSED US to see and another Sabbath to come away from the daily grind of the work week. Thank You for sparing our lives once more to see Your goodness in the land of the living.
Father, thank You for turning our attention to the things that are on Your heart. You love us so much that You have given your Word to keep us alert, awake, and vigilant that we do not walk in deception but in devotion to You which keeps us on the straight and narrow way, for broad is the path that leads to destruction and many travel this way, but straight is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leads to eternal
life, and few there be that find it..Matthew 7:13-14.
Keep us on the straight and narrow, Father.
Father God, we come on the behalf of all who are struggling to walk out their faith daily and challenged on every side, especially because of the cares of this life is choking out their love for you and the love for others.
As we are living in perilous times described in your word, we are mindful...that we are facing terrible times in these last days. People ARE lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— having a form of godliness but denying its power…2 Tim :1-4
And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. Matt 24:13
Father God Your Word promised where sin abounds, Grace abounds much more. Romans 5:20...You promised if we confess our sins, you are FAITHFUL and JUST to forgive us of our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. - 1 John 1:9
Lord you are merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. You will not always rebuke: Neither will You keep your anger forever. Thank You for not dealing with us according to our sins; Nor reward us according to our iniquities. For as the heaven is high above the earth, So great is Your mercy toward them that fear You. Psalms 103:8-14 paraphrased.
🙏🏾🙏🏾FORGIVE US! FORGIVE THEM!!!🙏🏾🙏🏾
Father we pray for those whose salvation is built on sinking sand. The love of money, the love of self, pride, selfish ambition, desire to be recognized, rewarded, and regarded by men, self-reliant, more concerned about social media ratings and followers than pleasing You.
We REPENT FOR OUR SINS! … WE REPENT OF SINS ON THE BEHALF OF OTHERS AS WE STAND IN THE GAP FOR THEM!!!
Help us O’ God to return to our first love. Restore unto us the joy of our salvation. Bring back to our remberance the joy, peace, and zeal we experienced when we first accepted Christ Jesus as we were overwhelmed by the truth that Christ gave us new life and delivered us when we were dead in our sins and trespasses.
REVIVE US AGAIN O’ GOD! REVIVE US AGAIN!
Your word declares…Where the WORD of a king is, there is power: Whoso keepeth the commandment shall feel no evil thing: and a wise man's heart discerneth both time and judgment. Because to every purpose there is time and judgment…Ecclesiastes 8:4a-6a
Therefore, WE SHALL RETURN TO JESUS….and Your WORD O’ God shall PREVAIL in our lives.
WE DECLARE YOUR WORD…
The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, and grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
Planted in the house of the LORD, they will flourish in the courts of our God. In old age they will still bear fruit; healthy and green they will remain to proclaim, “The LORD is upright; He is my Rock, and in Him there is no unrighteousness.” Psalm 92:12-15
So Father we pray that our love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that we will be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless on the day of Christ return, filled with the fruit of
righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God” (Philippians 1:9–11)…Paraphrased for emphasis.
But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. Matthew 24:14
WE SHALL ENDURE UNTIL THE END!
WE SHALL BE SAVED!
IN JESUS NAME WE PRAY!!!
AMEN!🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
