The Hymn-A-Thon runs from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on September 19, and you are welcome to come and go whenever you like. Stop in for ten minutes or settle in for a few hours.

There will be coffee, water, and refreshments all day, plus a screen showing which hymn is up next. ☕ Bring the family, grab a donut, and enjoy the singing.

720 hymns. One day. One very special trip.

On Saturday, September 19, St. Luke’s choirs are taking on the Hymn-a-thon: singing all 720 hymns in The Hymnal 1982 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Why 720 hymns? Because our Junior and Senior Choristers are headed to New York City in January to participate in the annual Chorister Festival at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, and this fundraiser will help make that experience possible.

You can sponsor the Hymn-a-thon at 10¢, 25¢, or $1 per hymn, or dedicate a hymn in honor or memory of someone special for $100.

Come for a hymn, stay for a few, or help us make the music happen from wherever you are with a chance to help our young choristers take their music to New York.
