Friends and family of City of Light Atlanta I want to take this moment to say thank you for this amazing 26 year journey with you. I have been so blessed to serve this community. Together we have accomplished so many things, experienced so many great manifestations and touched thousands of lives.
As we celebrate our closing service on Sunday, April 5, 2026 I want to leave you with this:
Continue your spiritual practices and go and be the light and love in new communities. For years we sang, "Take your candle go light your world." and this is your time. Find your place in the world where you are that beacon of Divine love and light.
I will hold you each in prayer and cherish our time together you have made me a better man, Minister and spiritual coach and for that I am so grateful.
I am excited about new doors in ministry opening for me and I hope we can be in touch as we all enter new paths of spiritual growth. I'll be on social media continuing my work and I hope to connect with you there. Blessings to each of you, "Sending you love, Dr. Paul Graetz

We are excited to announce that City of Light has secured a buyer for its 36,000 square ft. spiritual center. It’s been our home for the past 10 years and it has afforded us many amazing experiences. But do to growing financial challenges over the past 6 months we are unable to maintain the building and its financial drain on the ministry. We anticipate the closing on the sale of the building to be April 1, 2026. We are so grateful as this amazing miracle allows us to walk away debt free.
10:30 AM Easter Sunday, April 5, will be our final service. After 54 years of touching thousands of lives through spiritual enrichment and compassion programs we are saying goodbye Everyone is invited to share in this dynamic final in-person service sharing that with every ending there is a new beginning. We will host a pot luck fellowship following the service. Please bring a entrée, salad or vegetable dish to share.
Crossroads Community Center at City of Light serving the hungry and or homeless will also be closing. Finances will not allow this compassion program to continue We so appreciate the many volunteers that made this essential program so powerful over the past 26 years and we offer a big thank you for your years of service.
As your Senior Minister for 26 years I will be continuing my work with on line classes through the Emerson Institute, Life Coaching and working on writing my books. This is not “retirement” but “re-fire-ment” for me. I am excited to see where this new beginning takes me.
Thank you for your dedication, commitment, faithfulness and support of this dynamic ministry. The thousands touched in any way over the decades say thank you. Now, we welcome a new beginning for everyone as we open our lives to exciting new possibilities in our spiritual life.
