➡️ In three weeks time we'll be having our monthly JCCA Prayer and Worship Night for October! If you have an hour to spare and are committed to intercessory prayer please plan to join us in-person or online, as you are able. Committed disciples we are calling on you all to continue faithfully interceding in prayer for all God is doing through JCCA and its branches!

JCCK is a branch group of JCCA . To serve Japanese people in the Kennesaw area, we provide English conversation, networking opportunities, and Bible study as needed. They typically meet up monthly on the Second Sunday 2-4pm .

Over the last two months gatherings they met up at JapanFest in Sugar Loaf and also connected at Towne View Baptist Church for the monthly language exchange.

If you live in the Kennesaw, Ackworth, or Woodstock areas please join if you have time and invite a friend!

The JCCEA branch meets twice a month on Saturday mornings typically from 10:30-12 pm. Normally one meeting is a cross-cultural exchange with discussion on 2-3 topics while the other monthy meeting is location focused (IE. Coffee shop) or at a local event!

Recently in August and then September we had to say goodbye to two Japanese friends. One moved back to Japan and the other to another state. Both will be missed. But we did get to have a goodbye party for each which included a time of sharing memories and encouragement. We wish them well in their future endeavors and work. The time we did have together was appreciated and treasured. 😊🙏🏼

This past Tuesday evening we held our second student reunion in Japan. It was a joyous celebration and opportunity to reconnect with Japanese students who studied in Atlanta during the 2023, 2022, and 2019 semesters.

Special thanks to Keishi and Andrea Kasuya who are running the TEAM Center in Mitaka and let us use the space for the reunion. We also had some local missionary friends join us and who can hopefully connect with students locally.

Please continue praying 🙏🏼 for future communications, relationship building, and for God to produce the fruit in His timing!

Last Saturday we enjoyed our first of two reunions in Japan! It was a great turnout and wonderful time to reconnect with Japanese friends who once lived in Atlanta. We also enjoyed connecting with and networking with them. They are important in getting connected to the returnees we know! We are excited to see what the Lord will do in the future.
