A clarion call to pray for our youths in the different communities of our nation. The Prophet Isaiah said that they will have the tendency to faint and be weary. There are some recent troubling trends and happenings among our youths that indicate that they are under attack by demonic influences.
Lord Jehovah God, stretch forth your mighty hands of deliverance and touch our young men and women, mind, body, and soul. We pull them out from the clutches of satanic strongholds and footholds. We declare that the devil is a liar and he cannot control and manipulate the minds of our youths any longer. We come in agreement, and we pronounce their divine release from shame, reproach, disgrace and rejection. We break every generational and contaminated ancestral bloodline curse over their lives in the name of Jesus Christ.
We rebuke demonic suicidal thoughts, community gang and gun violence that wants to raise its head and bring pain, fear and torment among our families and citizens. Today We speak freedom in every department of their lives. Lord of Heaven and Earth remember mercy and pardon their iniquities and transgressions. We declare salvation and turn around for our youths. We pray that the church will continue to partner with governmental agencies and rise up to take a more holistic approach to addressing the spiritual and mental needs of our youths. We declare that they shall become productive citizens; they are the heritage of the Lord who shall speak to the enemies in the gates. We cover them underneath the blood of Jesus Christ. Thank you, Lord, for your strong hand of deliverance and anointing that has destroyed the devil's yokes. Jesus is Lord over youths!
Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding
He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:
But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint (Isaiah 40: 28-31).
