September is Su***de Prevention Month.💜
This month, and every month, we want to remind someone who may be struggling: you are not alone, your life matters, and there is hope.
As a faith community, we believe in the power of prayer, but we also believe in showing up for one another, having compassionate conversations, and connecting people with the support they need. Faith and professional help can go together.
Everyone can play a role in su***de prevention. Sometimes, it starts with noticing a change. Sometimes, it starts with asking, “Are you okay?” And sometimes, it simply means being present and reminding someone that they do not have to carry their burdens alone.

If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. Trained crisis counselors are available 24/7. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
Let us continue to be a community that sees people, listens without judgment, carries one another’s burdens, and points one another toward hope and help.
