We had the BEST time celebrating Promotion Sunday with our friends yesterday, complete with games, fellowship, and lots of laughter. Watching our Children’s Ministry and Youth Group spend time together is so special. 🎉 Promotion Sunday is Coming! 🎉

We can’t wait to celebrate a new year of growing in faith together on Sunday, August 2! Children and youth will gather at 9:30 a.m. in the Dorothy L. Rainey Fellowship Hall for games, snacks, fellowship, and a special surprise as we celebrate moving up to new classes.

We’re excited for another year of helping kids know and love Jesus. We hope your family will join us!

And that’s a wrap on Rainforest Falls VBS 2026! 🌿

A huge thank you to everyone who made this week so special—from our incredible volunteers and youth helpers to the church members who donated supplies, the Sunday school classes who provided breakfast each morning, and the leaders who spent months planning and organizing every detail.

Today’s lesson reminded us that “God is forever”, and one of our second graders asked, “Can VBS be forever?” We can’t think of a sweeter reminder of the joy this week brought and the love that surrounded every child!

Thank you for an amazing week. We can’t wait to see everyone on Sunday for our special VBS performance during the 11:00 services! 💚

Our rainforest friends taught us an important lesson today! 🐆

We can’t believe we’re already more than halfway through the best week of the summer! Today at VBS, we learned that God is our safe place. Just like this ocelot finds shelter in its rainforest home, we can always find safety, comfort, and refuge in God. 🤍

What an amazing start to Rainforest Falls VBS! 🌿🦜

Today we learned that God is our Creator and that each of us is wonderfully made in His image. We spent the day making handprint quetzals, singing, playing games, and learning about God. Extreme VBS kids even baked cookies and made cards for our local fire department and residents at The Parc Senior Living. We’re grateful for a fantastic first day and excited for all the adventures ahead!
