Cemetery Vase Policies:

95% of calls we receive where a family member states - “the vase is missing”... the vase is still there and is actually simply turned upside down and has been placed back into the vase hole in the bronze marker and is not currently visible.

In the very very rare instance where a vase is actually not there at all... please immediately email the Cemetery Sexton @ [email protected]. Please provide the name of the deceased along with your name and phone number so we can get in touch with you appropriately. In most cases in the rare instance a vase is reported as “missing” and hasn’t been retracted ... a fellow visitor that has a bronze marker that was ordered without a vase has probably taken it and placed it on the ground at their loved ones grave and we can usually locate it. I know that is not a very respectful thing for a person to do... but unfortunately it is a product of the world we live in today.

If the vase is missing and we are unable to locate it... we are happy to assist the family by paying 50% of the replacement price. An option also will be to replace the missing vase with one made of a composite material which is much less costly than a replacement vase made of solid bronze. The composite vase is very nice and doesn’t look any different than one fashioned from bronze.

Crestlawn applied fertilizer, w**d killer and pre-emergent chemicals to the entire property this week... please be mindful that it will take a week to allow the chemicals to take effect... mowing will commence before Easter Sunday. Please be patient as this time of year we do get some w**ds popping up before mowing will commence but soon it will look as beautiful as always.

The old entrance on Chattahooche Avenue has been closed and it is being graded and new sod is being installed.
