A hard pill to swallow😣 is that the very people we 💢despise, were also made in God’s image👤. The very people who have 💢wronged us were also made in God’s image👤. The very people who do 💢evil things were also made in God’s image👤.

We all👥 are made in God’s image👤.

As unlovable as we can be🫣, God still chooses to love us while we CLAIM😌 to love Him too. Yet, we can’t physically see👀Him and we don’t show love to those who we do physically see.

Even the word📖 questions🧐 this kind of love. To know God is know love💗. According👉🏽 to 1 John 4:8, anyone that does not love does not know🙇🏽‍♀️ God, because God is love❤️‍🔥‼️

Let’s hop out of the seat of judge👩🏽‍⚖️ and leave that to the only righteous judge, our Father🙏🏽.

True love for God is shown🤲🏽 in our actions towards those whom He created (John 13:34-35✝️).

What does accompanying your faith✝️ with work practically looks like🤔?

➡️Having faith God will bring financial increase💸 accompanied with stewarding your current finances well. We can’t say we have faith in the increase but still spend money frivolously🤑 and not serving others with it.

➡️Having faith in getting married💍 one day accompanied with the work of going to therapy so you can learn to work through past traumas🫣 to avoid dumping them on your future spouse.

➡️Having faith in your spouse being saved✝️ accompanied with the work of simply loving them without the pressure😤 to conform.

As you reflect🙇🏽‍♀️on your life and what you are believing🙏🏽 God for, seek practical ways to walk👣 your faith out. Challenge yourself to go beyond the words😶 you are saying.

If you’re believing for a baby🤰🏾, jot down✍🏾 baby names or create a registry🧸.

If you’re believing for a promotion📈, start taking on additional responsibilities🤗.

If you are believing for discipline🫡, SET THE ALARM⏰ and get up‼️

Whatever it may be, 👉🏽let your work exemplify the faith✝️ in your heart❤️‍🔥.

✨In serving a just God, we serve a God of ORDER🙌🏽.✨

And what happens when things are out of order❓
🔜Someone gets called to fix them! And His name is Abba, Father — yes🙌🏽 , our God is on the scene🎬, able and willing to work all things out for our good‼️

We can trust🙏🏽 that He is sovereign to take care of things that are out of order in our lives😰 … our marriage💍, our children🚸, our friendships👥, that job💰, those priorities🚨, or any and all burdens😩‼️

If it’s out of order⚖️, trust that He will bring it to light🔦 and give you the blueprint(Bible📖) and resources for how to get back in alignment!

That said, though He is able🤲🏽, ⚠️He will not do our job just as we can not do His job. ✔️Trusting God is an act of faith, ✔️work out your faith by your obedience and ✔️trust that He will handle what’s out of your control.

Although we may interpret scripture differently, the Bible can’t be considered THE truth✝️ if there are various meanings🤨.

To help ensure you have the intended meaning consider🤔using the following when interpreting scripture📖:

1️⃣Law of Definition:
If you do not know🤷🏽‍♀️ the meaning of every word in a verse, ⚠️it is impossible for you to understand that verse.

2️⃣Law of Context:
If this passage does not make sense😵‍💫 to you in the context of the passage it is written in as well as the context of the entire Bible, ⚠️then you do not really understand it. There are NO🙅🏽‍♀️ isolated doctrines in scripture. Any doctrine you find in scripture, you can always find🔍 someplace else in scripture📖 -- they will always agree💯, and if they don't, ⚠️then your understanding is inaccurate.

3️⃣Law of First Mention:
However God first mentions🗣 something in the Bible📖 is His original design💡 for the thing. 👉🏾In the Hebrew language, the first time we find🔍 a letter from the Hebrew Alphabet (language) used as the root of a word in the Torah (the first five books of the Old Testament) that is the meaning of that letter🤯.

It’s unfortunate that the picture🖼 of God has not only been “literally” painted inaccurately🙅🏽‍♀️ but His character has too.

You may be greatly disappointed😕 to find that a life for Christ✝️ entails➡️DEATH.
➡️Death to some of our very NATURAL desires.
➡️Death to our understanding of FAIR.
➡️Death to our own plans even.

👋🏽But here’s the good news tho.⬇️

Jesus✝️ died FOR us.
🔺He did not naturally desire to do so.
🔺It was not fair for Him to be wrongfully persecuted,
🔺and He would have preferred a different plan but he did it ANYWAY.

And the Father honored His word and raised him✝️ from death.❤️

❌Our relationship with God can’t be based on what we want Him to do for us, ✅but what we are willing to do For Him and the people He called us to serve.

Because of Jesus✝️ willingness to serve all of humanity we now have the opportunity to truly know🙇🏽‍♀️ and be in relationship🙏🏽 with our Father.

⚠️Obstacles and challenges will come no matter how big or little our faith is.

Our faith✝️ allows us to be on the defens🛡and offense⚔️ for when the storms come.

➡️This means putting our faith in His word📖.

Thus, we have to look🧐 for practical ways to ensure the word📖 is IN us, such as finding🔍 scriptures that we can anchor⚓️ to in our challenging seasons and committing them to memorization🙇🏽‍♀️. ✔️That’s how we apply the word📖 and NOT fold under fire or pressure😌.
