Si ricorda l'istituzione dell'Ordine Civile e Militare dei Cavalieri del Tempio.

Articolo 2
L'Ordine ha lo scopo di creare e stimolare uno spirito di solidarietà e di mutua comprensione, unendo i Cavalieri con vincoli di fraternità, a compiere opere di misericordia, di ca**tà e di beneficenza, perpetuando gli insegnamenti dell'antica cavalleria; promuovere i principi di buon governo e di buona cittadinanza, interessandosi attivamente al bene civico, culturale, sociale e morale, incoraggiando i Cavalieri a migliorare la propria comunità senza fini di lucro, promuovendo un costante aumento dei livelli di efficienza e serietà morale.

La Cerimonia di Iniziazione è visibile su YOU TUBE. Tutti i fratelli che siano in possesso di titoli emessi prima della morte del Padre o che abbiano proseguito l'opera templare possono chiedere conferma e regolarizzazione comunicando i rotoli con bolle di titolo ed eventuale video o fotografia alla Gran Cancelleria dell'Ordine. . È espressamente vietato portare il nome della Pietà del Pellicano e dell'OMCKT senza l'espressa autorizzazione del Gran Maestro. L'unità dei Templari è più che mai necessaria per evitare confusione e sovrapposizione di ruoli.
