When a woman pulls back from church, don’t assume her faith has faded.

She may be exhausted. Carrying invisible loads. Wondering if anyone sees her.

In 1 Kings 19, Elijah is worn down beneath the broom tree. Before God gives him direction, God gives him rest and food. “The journey is too much for you.”

What a tender reminder: tired people need tending, not judgment.

Pray for one friend by name every day for seven days.
