West Holt Health Ministires---What do we do? Most people strive for balance in their lives between mind, body, spirit and relationships. WHHM is here to help YOU achieve that goal through referrals, home visits from the Parish Nurse, educational seminars, fitness/exercise programs, and other revovling programs. All of these will be embodied with spiritual care.

West Holt Health Ministries will be hosting members from the INTERACT Team from Creighton University.

Monday, March 23rd from 4-6 p.m.

First Presbyterian Church in Atkinson

They will provide an educational presentation on Advance Care Planning+ (ACP+) to include the following:

•Medical & End-of-Life Decisions
•Legal & Financial Considerations
•Funeral & Burial Planning
•Faith, Values & Personal Wishes

The goal of ACP+ is to make end-of-life Planning meaningful, accessible, & compassionate.

Thank you to Dr Samantha Sholes, Brianna Hoffman and Kristi Andrews-Thornburg for helping to serve soup to our participants of the food pantry on November 19th. Also a big thanks to West Holt Memorial Hospital for providing the bowls and crackers in addition to allowing these staff members to come serve. Thank you to the following West Holt Health Ministries' board members for making the soups that were served: Joyce, Terri, Betsy and Nikki.

West Holt Health Ministries will be hosting their "Soup-to-go" 🍲 Event in conjunction with their next drive-thru food pantry on Wednesday, November 19th. 11-1, or as long as supplies last.
