Peter reminds believers that genuine faith produces love and compassion toward others. As we grow in Christ, we are called to reflect His kindness, unity, and care for one another in both word and action.

“A Mother’s Faith”
from 2 Timothy 1:1-5

In this passage, Paul reflects on the sincere faith that was first evident in Timothy’s grandmother Lois and his mother Eunice. Their godly example and steadfast faith helped shape Timothy into a faithful servant of Christ. This Mother’s Day, we will celebrate the lasting spiritual impact of mothers who teach, pray for, and faithfully lead their families in the ways of the Lord.

As Peter encourages believers to add to their faith, this passage focuses on developing self-control, perseverance, and godliness. It reminds us that spiritual growth is intentional and produces a life that reflects Christ more clearly each day.

🕠 Evening Worship at 5:30 PM
“Not By Your Righteousness” – Deuteronomy 9:1–17
Moses reminds Israel that their coming victory is not because of their own righteousness, but because of God’s faithfulness and the wickedness of the nations before them. It’s a powerful call to humility and a warning against spiritual pride, pointing us to depend fully on God’s grace rather than our own merit.
