Wow, that's a lot of sweaters!! As we are packing our Operation Christmas Child boxes let us remember that it is not about the monetary value of what's in the box but rather the time, love, and prayers put into making each box.

Today, Ed and Carol Ely dropped off 933 hand-knit sweaters to be included in shoebox gifts this season! Through a 25-year-old program called Lamb's Wool, knitters all over the country have sent in 24,414 handmade sweaters for shoebox recipients around the world to wear and love. Just imagine how special these unique gifts will make each child feel!
