Ebenezer Baptist Church, West is a dynamic church which has been engaged in the perpetual mission and ministry of Jesus Christ on earth in Athens, Georgia for more than 134 years. Ebenezer has a vibrant, broad and rich history which has been a guiding light on her pathway from the church’s inception in the past to the ongoing work of the church in this present age. k of Ages", and has endeavored through the years to live up to her biblical name and meaning, “Ebenezer...Hitherto hath the Lord helped us… "

Ebenezer is a blessed church. The church’s membership is diverse, but not divided. Yes, Ebenezer has the mind, heart, love, and compassion of Jesus Christ. These spiritual attributes serve to inspire and motivate the Ebenezer Family to continue to persevere in our efforts to be what Christ wants us to be as we continue to strive to do His will.

Ebenezer West, as we prepare for our 148th Church Anniversary Fellowship Picnic, remember that wristbands will serve as your meal tickets for the picnic on Sunday, August 23.

Wristbands will be distributed by the Ushers before and after worship.

Miss yours? No worries! Wristbands will also be available at the Welcome Table inside the Pavilion. 🙌🏾

Now all you need to bring is your appetite, your lawn chair, and your praise! 🍗🙌🏾
