Ebenezer Baptist Church, West is a dynamic church which has been engaged in the perpetual mission and ministry of Jesus Christ on earth in Athens, Georgia for more than 134 years. Ebenezer has a vibrant, broad and rich history which has been a guiding light on her pathway from the church’s inception in the past to the ongoing work of the church in this present age. k of Ages", and has endeavored through the years to live up to her biblical name and meaning, “Ebenezer...Hitherto hath the Lord helped us… "

Ebenezer is a blessed church. The church’s membership is diverse, but not divided. Yes, Ebenezer has the mind, heart, love, and compassion of Jesus Christ. These spiritual attributes serve to inspire and motivate the Ebenezer Family to continue to persevere in our efforts to be what Christ wants us to be as we continue to strive to do His will.

Last night was incredible, and tonight we’re coming back expecting even more! From engaging Bible lessons to fun activities and fellowship, VBS is the place to be this week.

🚨 VBS STARTS TOMORROW! 🚨

Church family, the wait is almost over! Tomorrow we kick off three exciting days of Vacation Bible School, and we are expecting God to do great things.

Get ready for Bible lessons, worship, fellowship, fun activities, and opportunities for our children to grow in their faith. This is more than an event—it's a chance to help shape young lives with the love and truth of Jesus Christ.

Make sure your children are registered, invite someone to join you, and come expecting a blessed time together.

Our Multiply the Good service day at the Northeast Georgia Food Bank is happening June 5th from 2 PM–3 PM. We are still calling for 30 volunteers to stand in the gap and serve our community.

Let’s show up with willing hands and faithful hearts—because when we serve others, we serve unto the Lord. 💪🏾
