For those who remember Fr Allen, a quantity of his Book of poetry was discovered stored away recently. Check with Eric Whitt. Id suggest they be put in gift shop and either accept a doantion for them to help parich or just give them away. Hopefully they wont be "Recycled".

i didnt see final numbers, but the pork butt/pulled pork effort seemed to go well. Helping prep 180 8-10 pound pork butts brought back memories of working in the butcher shop at the local grocery store when I was in college! learned a lot about food, merchandizing and the biggest lesson, dealing with people! Good experince!
