ITS EAST TEXAS GIVING DAY!

East Texas Giving Day brings the region together as one community, raising money and awareness for our local nonprofits during the 18-hour online giving challenge. We inspire people to give generously to nonprofits making our region stronger, creating a thriving community for all.

While there are many wonderful organizations doing great work with our neighbors in East Texas, I'm a little biased toward youth and emerging adults.

If you're like me and have a heart for engaging college-aged students, consider supporting the ARK Campus Ministry, a space for TVCC students can , BE themselves, unpack what they BELIEVE and why, but regardless of their choices find a place where they BELONG.

The purpose of the Ark Campus Ministry at Trinity Valley Community College is to assist the students in their relationships with God and one another. This will be accomplished by relationally engaging students where they are and by identifying, encouraging, and equipping students and staff to carry....
