Anniversaries are about more than looking back - they're about remembering who we are and renewing our hope for what lies ahead. If you know someone who hasn't been to Unity Athens in a while, this is the perfect Sunday to invite them home. Come celebrate our past, embrace our present, and help us step joyfully into the future - together.

Join us on August 9th, 2026 for Unity Athens’ Anniversary Celebration. We will have a special service and a potluck afterwards.

Please bring a friend and a favorite dish or snack to share. We will be eating in the cool and beautiful Fellowship Hall at Chapelwood after our service. Drop your food off in the Fellowship Hall at 12:00 (follow the signs for UNITY ATHENS). There will be volunteers to assist in storing your dish for the event. Thank You!

When I live, give, and love unconditionally from an open and generous heart, I Am empowered to live freely and fully, embracing my true nature, expressing as the Divine.
As I release all expectations, conditions, and attachments; demonstrated by Jesus’ example, I experience profound peace, assurance and abundant joy.
I am grateful, blessed and honored to shine my Light, brighter than ever, helping others to rediscover their own

🍔 Happy National Hamburger Day!
Today we’re celebrating simple joys, shared meals, and the sacred art of coming together — whether it’s around a grill, a table, or in spiritual community.

Just like a good hamburger, our Unity family is made of many unique ingredients, each adding flavor, richness, and love to the whole. However you enjoy the day — veggie burger, classic, gluten‑free bun, or no bun at all — may it nourish your body, lift your spirit, and remind you of the blessings in everyday moments.

Here’s to joy, connection, and community in every bite.
