As you reflect on this week consider these 3 questions:

William Barclay says, "A non-Christian society is an acquisitive society where people are out for as much as they can get;" in a Christian society "no one dares to have too much while others have too little, where everyone must get only to give away." Psalm 146:5-10
The psalmist praises the Lord, who "deals out justice to the oppressed." He must have been happy when our church took in a family from Bosnia and made them our own. Patience may be the hardest virtue to practice, especially for contemporary Americans. We want everything right now! Who needs my gift of patience now? A student slow to understand?
